2. 1.  Call your lender and let them know you are officially under contract. We will send the contract to them ASAP. Schedule a meeting with your lender to begin the process to get all the remaining documentation to them within the next few days.
3. 2.  Call the inspectors and schedule your inspections. View our buyers guide at vickypiper.lofty.me/buyers-guide. You will find a list of three different inspectors with their phone numbers. Please call all three and ask questions that are provided on the website. Be sure to schedule the appointment when you are available to meet them at the end of the inspection.

4. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE INSPECTOR SENDS THE REPORT TO:
