Congratulations! These are the 3 things we need you to do within the first 24 hours.

  2. Call your lender and let them know you are officially under contract. We will send the contract to them ASAP. Schedule a meeting with your lender to begin the process to get all the remaining documentation to them within the next few days.
  3. Call the inspectors and schedule your inspections. View our buyers guide at vickypiper.lofty.me/buyers-guide. You will find a list of three different inspectors with their phone numbers. Please call all three and ask questions that are provided on the website. Be sure to schedule the appointment when you are available to meet them at the end of the inspection.

  4. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE INSPECTOR SENDS THE REPORT TO:

    vicky@vickypiper.com or cameron@piperpending.com whichever agent you are working with.

  5. Deliver the earnest money to First Ohio Title. Choose ONE of the following options:

    1. You may use an app called ZOCCAM. You will download the app and register an account. Create an 8 digit passcode. Once in the app:
      1. Click on the capture box
      2. Click on the earnest money box
      3. Search “First Ohio”, click yes on First Ohio Insert your information
      4. Click capture – this will then take a picture of the earnest money check (front and back) then follow instructions from the app.
    2. Deliver your check to First Ohio Title, 7625 Paragon Road, Suite E, Centerville, OH 45459.


    4. Make sure it’s in an envelope labeled:
      “Earnest money (write your new home address). AGENT: Vicky Piper or Cameron Piper”
